If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
